When can I pickup my order or have it delivered?

We offer delivery services for washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ranges within 50 miles from our warehouse at 2420 W. 1st St. Suite 49, Tempe, AZ 85281. We do not offer delivery for refrigerators. If your reside outside our delivery area, we regret that we won't be able to fulfill the order. However, you are welcome to arrange for pickup from our warehouse. We'll contact you in 24 hours after placing an order to schedule pickup or delivery.

Can you install my new appliances?

We offer installation services for washers and electric dryers. You are responsible for supplying water hoses, dryer vent, and dryer power cord. We can use the existing hoses, vent, and power cord if you would like or you can purchase new parts at a local home improvement store. We do not install gas dryers, refrigerators, ranges, or dishwashers.

Will you haul away my old appliances?

We will haul away your old washer, dryer, dishwasher, or range if you no longer want it. We do not haul away old refrigerators.

Are the appliances new or used?

All appliances are new. We do not sell used appliances. Some appliances are new in box, out of box, and scratch and dent.

Why are the appliances so cheap?

Good question! These appliances are returned to the retailer for various reasons like wrong color, wrong address, damaged, etc. The retailer then sells them at a discount to businesses like us and we resell them at a discount to smart buyers like you.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes. All appliances come with a 1 year manufacture warranty. You can easily register online with the model and serial number.

Can I inspect the appliance in person before purchase?

Yes. Contact us at (480) 788-3518 to schedule an appointment to see the appliance at our warehouse.

What if I don't like it? Can I return it?

Once an item is purchased, it is considered final and non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. All items are being sold "as-is" and all sales are final.

I move in a few weeks. Can you hold the appliance?

Yes. We require full payment up front and will hold your appliance for up to 4 weeks.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay and Cashapp.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing through Affirm. Choose Affirm at checkout and find out if you qualify in minutes. Payment plans are available up to 12 months and you can always pay off your balance early without any fees or penalties.

How often do you get new appliances?
