Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Area: We offer delivery services for washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ranges within 50 miles from our warehouse at 2420 W. 1st St. Suite 49, Tempe, AZ 85281. We do not offer delivery for refrigerators. If your reside outside our delivery area, we regret that we won't be able to fulfill the order. However, you are welcome to arrange for pickup from our warehouse. We'll contact you in 24 hours after placing an order to schedule pickup or delivery.

2. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may vary based on your location. Rest assured, we strive to keep our delivery charges reasonable and transparent.

3. Delivery Timeframes: Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, our team will promptly process your appliance for delivery. Please note that delivery times may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays in transit.

4. Scheduling Your Delivery: Our delivery team will reach out to you to schedule a suitable delivery date and time. We endeavor to accommodate your preferred delivery schedule, and our team will work with you to find the most convenient option.

5. Delivery Notifications: We understand the importance of staying informed about your delivery. Our team will provide you with regular updates regarding the status of your delivery. Additionally, you will receive a notification when our delivery team is en route to your location.

6. Receiving Your Delivery: On the day of delivery, please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the appliance. Our delivery team will place the items in your garage or on your driveway.

7. Inspection and Acceptance: Before accepting the delivery, we kindly ask you to inspect the appliance thoroughly for any damages or defects. If you notice any issues, please inform our delivery team immediately, and they will assist you in resolving the matter.

8. Returns and Exchanges: Once an item is purchased, it is considered final and non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. All items are being sold "as-is" and all sales are final.
